Brooks Investigative Services, LLC was founded by Leigh Brooks, a licensed Georgia private investigator with more than three decades of investigative experience.

Leigh began her career with the Columbus Police Department before serving more than 23 years as a Special Agent with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation. During her career, she led complex felony investigations throughout Georgia, specializing in crimes against children investigations, undercover operations, homicide investigations, officer-involved shootings, fraud, theft, narcotics, elder abuse investigations, background investigations, and public corruption investigations. She also received advanced specialized training in interviewing and interrogation techniques, including forensic interviewing of child victims and interviewing offenders in child exploitation and abuse cases.

She also spent over 20 years training law enforcement investigators across the country and earned national recognition as a Georgia POST instructor in crimes against children investigations.

Leigh holds a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Columbus State University and remains committed to providing clients with investigations that are ethical, confidential, and thorough.
